        Payment options & terms and                                  conditions

 

1. Pre-Pay (monthly $50 min deposit) customer [All billing will be on your online account]

• This is where you add money as you get low to your account with us.

• Terms: we will allow each of these customers to go 1 week into the negative a max of $15.00 to be paid no later than the next pickup with a credit add of your choice.

• Credit add options, are as follows cash, check, or online payment, 

• Cash or check can be either dropped in our drop box or picked up at pickup.

• With pre-pay if we sit on a negative balance for more than 2 weeks without you reaching out to us for extreme circumstances I am sorry but we will have to suspend your service.

• ALL RETURNED CC/ACH PAYMENTS HAVE A $5 RETURNED PAYMENT FEE

 

2. Cash on pickup (paid cash current weekly/ each pickup) [All billing will be on your online account]

• This is the simplest, this is were you leave cash in the mailbox or a place of your choosing and we leave you your change recipt will come to your email with your account in trashbilling.com

• Terms: this much like the pre-pay we will pickup one week without money no more than $15.00 which must be paid the following week.

• With cop if we sit on a negative balance for more than 2 weeks without you reaching out to us for extreme circumstances I am sorry but we will have to cancel your service.

 

3. Electronic payment (post billing weekly) [All billing will be on your online account]

• With This payment option you will be emailed a bill and have an account set up payment is thorough t

• trashbilling.com.

• The due date is the Monday after pickup.

• All bills Must be paid no later than the night before pickup to guarantee pickup without prior communication with us about extended payment time, thank you

• No weekly pickup without prior authorization for over 150 Lbs $30 these large loads are by appointment and payment is due the day of pick up.

• ALL RETURNED ACH PAYMENTS HAVE A $5 RETURNED PAYMENT FEE

 

All billing and receipts will be electronically recorded for both yours and our easy access

please set up your payment account, the paybill link once account number has been received  this will give you the same ease of access to your account as you would have with your other utility companies. Thank you
